Casing fitted around a door frame

Casings, sills, aprons, and baseboard fitted to the opening that is actually there — miters closed, reveals even, and nail holes filled before paint. Old trim is matched where it stays, and every joint is caulked and brushed out so the finish reads as one continuous line.

Estimate

Trim is priced by the linear foot plus a flat rate per casing, based on profile, material, and whether it is paint-grade or stain-grade. Removing the old trim, patching the wall behind it, and matching an existing profile are quoted with the job. Send pictures of the doors, windows, and the trim you want matched and Milan confirms the price.
