Ceiling fan — motor hung and wired

Ceiling fans, chandeliers, pendants, recessed cans, vanity bars, and wall sconces — hung level, wired to the existing box, and balanced so the blades run quiet and nothing sags or wobbles. Where a fixture is heavier or sits further from the ceiling, the box and brace are checked before anything goes up.

Estimate

Each fixture is priced flat per installation, based on height, ceiling type, and the wiring already in place. A swap into an existing box is straightforward; a new run, a heavier fan brace, high or vaulted ceilings, and any drywall patching are quoted separately. Send pictures of the ceiling, the fixture, and the existing wiring and Milan confirms the price.
